At Rosario’s Kitchen, our family recipes are at the heart of everything we serve. From freshly made pasta prepared daily to our wood-fired pizzas and slow-simmered sauces, each dish celebrates the comforting flavours of traditional Italian cooking, lovingly passed down through two generations.
Our menus showcase Italian-American favourites made using the freshest ingredients, with locally sourced vegetables wherever possible. Under Sofia’s guidance, we honour Rosa and Marco’s original recipes while adding a thoughtful modern touch — ensuring every visit feels warm, generous and truly memorable.
