Learn to Cook Italian. The Real Way.
Take one of our intimate cooking classes
Ever wanted to know the secret behind our fresh pasta or the ragù that’s been simmering in the Bellini family for generations? Our intimate cooking classes open up the kitchen and invite you in. Led by Sofia herself, each session is hands-on, unhurried, and full of the kind of knowledge that only comes from a lifetime of cooking Italian food the proper way. You’ll learn to hand-roll tagliatelle, build a sauce from scratch, and finish the evening with a tiramisu you made yourself. No experience needed — just an appetite.
Every class is paired with a curated wine tasting, where we guide you through a selection of Italian varietals chosen to complement the dishes you’ve been cooking. It’s an evening that goes well beyond a meal — it’s a proper experience, shared around a table, the way we’ve always done things at Rosario’s.

Sit back and let us guide you through a hand-picked selection of Italian wines paired perfectly with everything you’ve cooked. You might just find a new favourite.
How It Works
Our classes are run by Sofia on the first Monday of every month, bringing together small groups of 6 to 8 people for an evening of cooking, eating, and great wine. It’s always relaxed, always personal, and always a lot of fun. If you’d prefer to book a private session for your own group — whether it’s a birthday, a hen do, a date night, or just a excuse to get friends around a table — get in touch and we’ll find a date that works for you. Bookings are made directly by phone or email, so you’ll always be speaking to someone in the family. We’d love to have you.
Frequently Asked Quesions
Do I need any cooking experience?

How many people are in each class?
Our regular monthly classes are kept to small groups of 6 to 8 people, so the experience always feels personal and unhurried. If you’d like to book a private session for your own group, get in touch and we’ll arrange something just for you.
How do I book?
Simply give us a call or drop us an email and we’ll get you booked in. You’ll always be speaking to someone from the family directly — no automated systems, no booking fees.
When do the classes run?
Classes take place on the first Monday of every month. Private group bookings can be arranged on alternative dates depending on availability — just get in touch to discuss.
How much does it cost?
Classes are priced at £80 per person, which includes your welcome drink, all ingredients, a guided wine tasting, and sitting down together to enjoy the meal you’ve cooked. We think it’s a pretty special way to spend an evening.
What's included in the class?
Everything. From your welcome drink on arrival through to the pasta making, tiramisu, guided wine tasting, and sitting down together to eat the meal you’ve cooked. You’ll also leave with recipe cards to take home.
