Rosario’s Kitchen began in 1987, born from Rosa and Marco Bellini’s deep love for authentic Italian cooking and warm, generous hospitality. Bringing treasured recipes from their hometown in southern Italy, they built something truly special in the heart of Ashford. Today, their daughter Sofia carries the torch — the same handmade pasta, the same Sunday sauces, the same soul. Three decades on, nothing is reinvented. Everything is simply, lovingly, passed down.

Our intimate cooking classes bring you behind the pass and into the heart of our kitchen, where you’ll learn authentic Italian recipes passed down through the Bellini family for generations. From hand-rolling tagliatelle to perfecting a classic tiramisu, every session is hands-on, relaxed, and delicious. We’re easy to find in the heart of Ashford and offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors to the area.
What are Rosario’s Kitchen’s opening hours?
We’re open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm. We are closed on Mondays.

Do I need to make a reservation at Rosario’s Kitchen?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but reservations are strongly recommended on Friday and Saturday evenings as we do get busy.
